Place broken chocolate and butter in a bowl, then mix them over a pot with boiling water until you get a smooth mixture.

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Whip the whipping cream with a mixer and set it aside.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar, then add the chocolate mixture.
